An immersive experience—When covid-19 shut down all D.C. Recreation centers and Smithsonian's Anacostia Community Museum; we took a new photo exhibit highlighting the lives, deeds, and contributions of African American men from an inside exhibition to an outside exhibition on the grounds of the Deanwood Recreation Center. The impact was profound.

Mozart's magical and transformational MAGIC FLUTE came to life filmed in Washington DC’s iconic Southeast neighborhood. A luminous version by local playwright Sybil Williams and librettist Jarrod Lee put new words to unforgettable music crying out that black life matters and exploring what it is to be young, Black, and gifted in opera today.
